Our opinions and thoughts are based upon our knowledge of the game of basketball combined with the knowledge gained from watching the teams and players.

- 6/14/08 ~ FGCU Team Camp underway and in full swing with local powers Fort Myers and Bishop Verot both reaching the top tourney bracket. - 6/08 ~ Dago Pena officially asks for release from his letter of intent to Florida Atlantic University after coaching changes and is looking at South Carolina if release is approved. Read more here
- 6/14/08 ~ Class of 2007 Charlotte High standout 6'7" WF/Post Timmy Snyder looking for school after taking a year off. He played last night with the redshirts and incoming players at Florida Gulf Coast University and looked as though he definately belongs at the lower D1 or high D2 level with full compensation.
- 6/13/08 ~ Florida Atlantic signees Dago Pena of Charlotte High and Shavon Shine of Desoto are undecided on decisions after FAU head coach Rex Walters leaves. Sources say Pena is looking to get released from letter of intent and that Shine may end up at IMG Academies in Bradenton as a Post Graduate Student

Summer "Live" College Exposure Classics
July 6 - at Lynn University (Boca Raton, FL)
July 7 - at Florida Southern College (Lakeland, FL)
"For these Division 1 NCAA certified events, college coaches and scouting services will be in attendance to observe the Southeast's finest college prospects"
Each player will receive:
- Three “evaluation” games
- Exposure to Division I, II, III, NAIA, and Junior College coaches and the following scouting services:
- Hoop Scoop Online, Rivals.com, Prep Stars, SWFLHoops.com, FloridaHoops.com and The Florida Hoops Report
- Hoop Mountain Florida Jersey
