Notes: Elias is a solid fundamental guard who can do a bit of everything. He defends well, shoots it well, handles it good enough, and has a good basketball IQ, especially when moving without the ball to get open on offense. He spent his junior season trying to lead a young Sarasota High team and did a pretty darn good job of it. He also has good length, allowing him to defend either guard position as long as the opposition is not over 6'4 or so. Maybe the most likable part about Elias besides how hard he plays is that he is a great student and a quiet, coachable kid. Hopefully he is able to grab the attention of some schools between this offseason and his senior season enough to open up some options to play basketball beyond his senior year.
