Notes: When you watch Hurley play the first things that stand out are his length, his quickness, and how high he elevates on his jumpshot.  Johnson is a scoring point guard who has the ability to get by his defender thanks to an explosive first step and good handles.  His ability to shoot the ball from anywhere on the court and over pretty much any size defender reminds you a lot of University of Miami guard Jack McClinton who is one of the top scoring guards in the country this year, however he is not quite at McClinton's level in consistency of course yet. That would explain why Miami head coach Frank Haith really likes Johnson already.  With his length and quickness he also has the ability to defend either guard position, including players with 4-5 inches height advantage on him.  Although he may only be 5'11 or so, his functional height has to be around 6'2, meaning his wingspan and athleticism allow him to do things players around 6'2-6'4 can do.  Expect Johnson to gain some more attention this offseason playing against national competition and in front of hundreds of college coaches which could allow his recruitment to be without limitations.  Definitely a kid who should be on a division 1 campus in the fall of 2010 as he is already a qualifier.
