Notes: John transferred into Dunbar from North Miami at the beginning of the 2008-09' school year.  He is thin but has good length to go along with his heigth.  He runs the floor extremely well, which comes most likely from playing a lot of soccer in the past.  He is not going to wow you with his athleticism vertically but he is quick off the floor, has decent footwork, good touch out to the high post, and can occassionally make a move off the dribble.  He was more of a role player at North Miami that takes up space inside the paint on defense and will get you some rebounds throughout the game.  He struggles a bit with stronger players down low because of his thin build and lack of strength but still manages to get his fingers on some balls with his length.  With the lack of size available in the 2009 recruiting class as a whole nationally, it wouldn't surprise me if someone jumped on him once seeing him in the City of Palms tourney with so many coaches in attendance on a yearly basis.  John has now found his fit at Hillsborough CC where he will look to improve over the next 2 years and then should receive some potentially big time looks.  However, it will all depend on how hard he is willing to work once at HCC.
