Notes: Good sized wing guard with a deadly stroke from beyond the arc. Best off the catch but is improving his ability to create space for his shot off the bounce. Underrated leaping ability, mainly because he lacks the aggressiveness, at this point, to show it on the offensive or defensive glass. Could be a very good rebounder for his position in time. Has the strength and lift to get his shot off with defenders up close. Still lacking the overall footspeed to guard his position consistently but his very strong work ethic should allow him to improve on his weaknesses enough to catch up to his strengths. When they do, you can be sure Noriega will find himself on someone's roster at the next level, most likely a mid to high-major division 1 school.
